I don't eat meatless meals very often, so from a very short list I'd have to go with black bean burgers.

Im enjoying the challenge.  It serves as a nice reminder to be accountable for the choices I make and how they effect the environment.

Why is it important to take care of pollinators? Do you have a favorite pollinator?

Pollinators are vital to creating and maintaining the habitats and ecosystems that many animals rely on for food and shelter. Worldwide, over half the diet of fats and oils comes from crops pollinated by animals. They facilitate the reproduction in 90% of the world's flowering plants.
    Growing a Greener World

My favorite pollinator is the monarch butterfly.  This article has inspired me to continue building out my butterfly garden.

Using a timer for myself or selecting certain songs that are a certain amount of time to keep track of how much water I'm using! I also want to be aware of my water conservation habits when brushing my teeth, etc.
