Daria Moholea 4/29/2022 5:04 AMMeat is part of a healthy diet but it can bring imbalance too when eaten too much. The body gets nutrients from vegetables. Protein is also found in vegetables, among other nutritious components, so eating a well balanced diet will benefit the whole body. -

I leave sweet water for bees and this year, I planted some flowers on my balcony for them :-) -
