     Meat is part of a healthy diet but it can bring imbalance too when eaten too much. The body gets nutrients from vegetables. Protein is also found in vegetables, among other nutritious components, so eating a well balanced diet will benefit the whole body.

    It is important to honor and keep alive these cultures as they are very good teachers and their traditions are amazing!

    If the pollinators are gone so is the plant system. Takin care of them is taking care of us.
    I leave sweet water for bees and this year, I planted some flowers on my balcony for them :-)
