I will develop a readiness plan for my household in the event of an emergency.

Each day, I will spend 30 minutes exploring a new area around my neighborhood (e.g., park, water body, nearby trail, community garden, green space, etc.).

Each day, I will spend 2 minutes learning about sustainable fashion so that I can engage in this practice.

I will spend 3 minutes each day studying the toxic chemicals found in cleaning supplies, personal care, and pet products around my home.

I will spend 10 minutes each day practicing mindfulness.
