    I like induction cooktops because they are easier to clean and the space can be used for other purposes when cooking is not taking place.

    This was a great reminder to fix the pants that have been sitting in my closet.  My advice for others is to start on something simple, you can always remove the thread and start again if needed.

    It is important to remember those who lived on this land before us.  There is rich culture and many tribe members still live here.  It is important to know how to be culturally supportive and accepting.

    The local parks that has access to a creek or river are our favorite.  my kids love to look for cool rocks and treasures that have been tumbled smooth!

    I didn't realize that mushrooms were on the clean list!  I have made an effort to use these lists historically but somehow overlooked mushrooms.

    Work-life balance create a more sustainable life for me by allowing me to take a break from the busy workday and reenergize.  Doing this consistently over time, makes me have more energy for innovation.
