Elizabeth Wypasek 4/01/2022 3:01 AMThis is so true. We get to realize, feedback is neutral. This means feedback is from the giver’s perspective and we can choose to hear the feedback without attaching power to it.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat is easy for you to do when having a constructive conversation and what is challenging? What tips do you have for having a constructive conversation?
Daniel Mihai 4/01/2022 2:41 AMConstructive conversations are based on accepting the other's perspective, background, current context and need to focus on mutual understanding rather than on a win/lose outcome (e.g. I'm right - you're wrong). -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & CommunitiesHow might you be able to get others involved in advocating for the clean energy shift?
Daniel Mihai 4/01/2022 2:38 AMAcknowledging that all conventional resources are limited and unevenly distributed is the first step towards designing a future based on renewable energy. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsWhat plastic or single-use items do you regularly use? What did you substitute or could be substituted?
Daniel Mihai 4/01/2022 1:34 AMWhen ordering delivery I am not asking for (plastic) fork/spoon. I started carrying my own, reusable coffee mug and avoid takeaway plastic cups. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?
Daniel Mihai 4/01/2022 1:30 AMWe take water availability for granted, but the droughts are longer and more severe every year. I started saving water at home by simply being mindful of the real need vs. the (bad) habit of letting it flow, replacing all faucets with modern, flow-controlling type and dual-stage, low-volume toilet tanks. -
Daniel Mihai 3/30/2022 5:23 AMI stopped using the elevator a few years ago; my colleagues in Pune were surprised to see me take the stairs, 8 floors up and down, three times a day, while visiting their office. I just hoped this would be inspiring rather than weird :-) -
Daniel Mihai 3/27/2022 1:47 AMOn Saturday I've joined a re-forestation action managed by CERT; good vibes and positive energy throughout the day. -
Daniel Mihai 3/25/2022 11:08 AMThere is no Plan(et) B !
