Brittany Meucci 4/07/2022 9:30 AMThe Daily Challenge for a meatless or vegan meal has been very eye opening. I'm noticing that my breakfast is almost always vegan or vegetarian. About 1/3 of my lunches are vegetarian! I plan to start doing meatless Monday's after Veg week. I can't wait for all the yummy meals I can prepare. I've already started planning! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?
Brittany Meucci 4/05/2022 2:43 PMThis exercise was very interesting! I expected a much higher number but actually ended up under the national average. I definitely have a lot of ways I can improve. Starting with using my dishwasher and shopping less. I was surprised to see the water usage on shopping habits. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityHow have you reduced your purchasing habits and what would you like to do next to reduce your consumption habits?
Brittany Meucci 4/04/2022 4:49 PMI am in the process of reducing my purchasing. My next main goal is to reduce both purchasing and single use plastic by opting for a water cooler instead of purchasing water bottles. -
Brittany Meucci 4/04/2022 4:30 PMExcited to get started with EcoMonth and really challenge myself in new ways!
