It was reassuring to know that we as a family discussed and understood our roles and what to do.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health & Equity

Everyone needs food.  Everyone needs a balance of healthy foods and a little sweets.  Today, not everyone have access to healthy options due to years of actions based on zoning, discrimination, and financial cost of healthier options, to name a few reasons. If we could create more community markets of fresher foods making them accessible to all will go a long way to sustaining our future.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Millions do not have access to social protection, food sources or clean, potable water. The World should ensure Universal access to these basic needs.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How have you reduced your purchasing habits and what would you like to do next to reduce your consumption habits?

I will have to focus on what I need and not what I want.  I will consider the environmental impact before purchasing a product.  I will work on portion control. I don't need two or three helpings, simply balanced meals of one portion.

It is easy to get to know someone new. It is difficult when your personality's are different and/or you don't see things the same way.

Art can be produced with natural elements.  Nature itself is beautiful to photograph or paint.  You can create artwork with a garden of fruits, vegetables, and/or flowers.
