Claudia McGrath 4/15/2022 4:13 PMDuring my walk, I tried to easy my mind and thoughts by focusing on my surroundings. Looking at the water, the many trees and skies helped relax me and then I listed the many things that I am so grateful for. -

Claudia McGrath 4/12/2022 1:48 PMWhen you spend most of your time indoors you miss out on mother nature's small gifts. I normally go for a daily walk and it's the season for ladybugs, butterflies and baby ducks and geese. These little things bring me joy and define spring time.-

Claudia McGrath 4/08/2022 11:02 AMOne way that I reduce my water usage is by wearing the same pants or shorts two to three times before washing them. This is especially convenient when working from home and helps cut down on doing laundry. -
