    encouraging family members to follow this practice.  reducing # of baths per week (instead do showers), encouraging husband to close the tap while shaving, changing regular shower-heads to water saving ones; reducing the speed of water flow in kitchen sink tap so less water is consumed while washing dishes

    pureeing vegetable with skin on with certain vegetable (like squash, etc) in certain recipe has been a practice i've recently learned.  i've started cooking broccoli and cauliflower without removing anything in stir fry's has been a success in my family meals
