    Prepared veg soup with the peels of the vegies. Saved the stalk to make soup for the following day. 
    Want to try baked vegetables that can be eaten as baked.

    Sustainability is an act where as an individual and as an organization, we work to bring a change to the natural resources for the future without disturbing the present resources. 
    This thought is always been there in my mind and wanted to implement it practically.
    I have already started doing few activities personally and through other modes.
    This Eco Challenge on Sustainability is going to help to learn, explore and practice many new ideas and thoughts.
    Excited to start off and enduring to follow these sustainability activities personally & spread to my friends/family too.
