    I will limit my car usage by taking more walks. I am good at taking short showers so i will continue doing that.

    It makes me more aware of what things I should and should not be buying while considering healthy vs. non healthy foods

    near where i lived, i learned that the river fills up very quickly due to any kind of precipiation

    I would have to say plant-based meat (in general). its a healthy alternative for balancing a diet.
