Alex Letia 4/18/2022 5:46 AMOne of the most long standing barrier in our communities in regards to women and girl`s equitable participation and representation is the historical mentality on this subject, which if you double it down with lack of culture and ignorance, it turns out to be a full blown up to day reality that needs to change.
