REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?
Laura Lassig 4/12/2022 8:25 PMIt looks like it is better to lean toward fruit/veg that are in 'natural' packaging ie. kiwi, pineapple, cabbage -> as opposed to fruit/veg that are eaten as is, to avoid introducing harmful pesticides to our bodies. A good way to remember! -
Laura Lassig 3/31/2022 5:15 PMHi All! Sharing "my why".. I recently watched David Attenborough's "A Life On Our Planet" and it really struck a chord for me. I do want to be a more responsible human and get better educated on the impact we are having on our beautiful world and what I can do, as an individual, to help alleviate some of that harm. One of the lines that stood out was "we (humans) would keep consuming this earth until we have used it up", ugh!
