    had a lot of fun with the conversation.  did a question of the day with my pt's.  What was the funnest trip you ever took?  Why?  made for some great stories.

      One of my favorite questions to people is: tell me your story.  It surprises people to be asked that, but it's such a fun question to ask when you genuinely care to hear the response.  :)

    not to run water when I brush teeth.  Less water with dish washing

    I try to walk 3 miles per day.  That usually keeps me outside for over 70-90 min a day.
