Vivek Kestur 4/12/2022 12:50 PMOur day to day habits can benefit from a little sustainability sprucing.
Reducing water and power/gas consumption are our primary objectives. Making smaller meals, freezing our leftovers to reduce your food waste is another area where we can improve. Eating at least 1 vegetarian meal a day, better recycling, using eco-friendly household products are things we are doing today.
There are lots of ways we can make more sustainable choices in our daily lives, so keeping an eye out for habits we can improve is key. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityHow did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?
