    A very simple meatless meal we have been eating at least a few times per week for lunch is egg salad. Simple, filling, and nutritious!

    I spent 15 minutes sewing buttons back onto clothing I had waiting for me in a pile. Rather simple but had been putting it off for months!

    I regularly use plastic shopping bags from the grocery store. I can be diligent about bringing my reusable shopping bags to the store with me!
