    What surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?

    I was very surprised at the list! who would have thought that spinaches had 1.8x more pesticide residue by weight than other crops!!
    These two lists can definitely help me in terms of choosing the produces that have the least pesticides on the market since organic produces are often expensive. Reducing dietary chemical exposure is extremely important for our health since it can reduce our risk of developing many serious illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, obesity and etc...
