    Happy Day 29. Spoke with the A and R Solar rep today. We will talk again on Wednesday. I hope to shrink my carbon footprint as much as possible.

    Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day. As part of my mindfulness practice I am focusing on being more accepting and tolerant of others. Also to speak out when injustice happens.

    It is hard to believe we are left with only 4 more days in the challenge. I am getting a second solar bid from A and R Solar.

    I was proud of myself at work on Saturday.  I saw an aluminum can in the trash. On the 2nd time by I put on gloves and saved the can by putting it in the recycle container. I read that we throw away enough aluminum in the US that we could rebuild our entire domestic airlines. And recycling takes less energy and water than making new aluminum.
