    I think American culture is not focused on spending time outdoors, while many other cultures are. However, when I think of cultures that spend most of its time inside and on screens, I think of nicer and moderate weather.

    I love to practice mindfulness but have tended to do it in the morning. I would like to start practicing during the day when my brain may need a break the most.

    Ammonia was one of the biggest surprises in my cleaning products.

    I work with many educators in the education department and love taking time to listen to their stories and struggles.
