    I am always mindful of my surroundings...but I have been even more mindful of my usage of my surroundings now.

    My son and I are learning about plant and things in our yard and around our community that are not weeds. And actually eat able.

    I joined this challenge because I have never really done one.  Plus I want to make a difference in my well-being and community.   I am choosing to reduce waste in my home, and it's going, to begin with, starting a compost area in my yard, that we can use to naturally fertilize the garden I have wanted.
