REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsWhat plastic or single-use items do you regularly use? What did you substitute or could be substituted?
Kelsey Hofmann 4/11/2022 8:51 AMBefore Covid, I used a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee when I was rushing out of the house. I now use a Chemex for my coffee every morning. It takes a little more effort, but it tastes so much better and I'm avoiding the waste of the plastic coffee pods.
