Each day, I will spend 10 minutes learning about nonprofit organizations that focuses on sustainable consumption and production patterns so that I could participate in their activities.

During the day, I will schedule 1 conversations per day to chat with my friends about my actions and learning during Earth Month.

I will enjoy 5 meatless meal(s) and/or 5 vegan meal(s) each day this week.

During the workday, I will schedule time for daily rest during work days to practice work-life balance.

I will mend a piece of clothing for myself, family or friends.
