Just like keeping a schedule of tasks at work, I have now started doing this at home.  I have made a point to write down my daily or weekly self care items.  If I write things down they get done!

Now that everyone living in the household is an adult, we have a plan on what each of us will do.  This relieves some anxiety knowing that I won't need to worry about everything.

Check with your local police station.  I was able to dispose of my family's expired and not needed medications very easily and safely.
