I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, co-worker, peer, or someone who has a different experience/identity for 1 conversations per day.

I will learn about local, national and international climate action organizations that I could join and connect with one or more.

In my community, I will volunteer at a community shelter, food pantry or soup kitchen.

I will visit ewg.org to learn about and use their Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen produce lists.

Throughout the day I will track my purchases and then research the companies making these goods.

I will carry all of my unrecyclable, non-compostable trash with me each day to raise my awareness of how much waste I produce.

I will spend 3 minutes each day practicing mindfulness.
