    As a Colombian, I am a descendant of indigenous people, in my case, of the Muisca culture. I believe that indigenous communities are significant because they represent our roots and our true connection to the land, earth and our beloved Pachamama.

    Spending too much indoor time can be overwhelming and stressful, we as human beings must be in contact with the nature and the sun, the real reception of Vitamins D and E are vital for us and our health.
