What was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?

    Alexanne Gagnon 4/24/2022 2:23 PM
My favorite go-to vegan recipe is miso soup. I cut up some tofu cubes and I put them in my air fryer until they are crispy.  In the meantime, I heat up some water and cut up some green onions. I add the miso paste to the water and then the tofu. I finish it of by putting spinach inside.

My mom showed me how to sew. It was fun to mend my t-shirt because I liked wearing it and now I don't have to buy a new one.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health & Equity
Why is equity for gender diverse individuals important for a just and sustainable society?

    Alexanne Gagnon's avatar
    Alexanne Gagnon 4/18/2022 4:13 PM
For a society to be sustainable, there needs to be a strong sense of community. This community needs to respect itself, all of itself. It is something that everyone deserves. By respecting and treating each other with equity we become just.
