REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & CommunitiesWhat was it like to create a readiness plan? Did you find other resources you could share?
Aaron Fraser 4/27/2022 11:11 PMI am living in Hawaii so there is a threat of tsunamis I set up a plan with my roommates so we know how to get to high ground. We also have a supply of water and canned food for about 3 days just in case as usually, the water is the first to go. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityHow did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?
Aaron Fraser 4/12/2022 11:38 PMI usually consume a smoothie for my lunch which consists of raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries which I throw in whole. From there I break my spinach up so that it can be used later with my whole chicken breast and rice.
