    Last night I attended a very motivational town hall on conservation and advocacy.  I am very happy to be one of the 15,000 Mountaineers acting as a steward to the PNW!

    Seaweed is an extremely sustainable seafood option I have been incorporating. It does not need farming, fertilizer, weeding or watering and it absorbs carbon dioxide/releases oxygen.

    My favorite way to volunteer is by doing trail maintenance.  One of my favorite trips was working on a park I take my kids to.
