During the workday, I will schedule time for daily rest during work days to practice work-life balance.

I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, co-worker, peer, or someone who has a different experience/identity for 15 conversations per day.

I will develop a readiness plan for my household in the event of an emergency.

I will write to a school, community learning center, or education leader I admire to express my thanks for their sustainability work and find out how I can get involved.

I will mend a piece of clothing for myself, family or friends.

I will spend 15 minutes learning about the climate and natural disaster risks in my area.

I will spend 20 minutes learning about these SDGs.

For an upcoming vacation, I will plan a staycation in my region.

During the day, I will schedule 5 conversations per day to chat with my friends about my actions and learning during Earth Month.

Each day, I will spend 10 minutes learning about sustainable fashion so that I can engage in this practice.
