So Far my Earth Month Ecochallenge  development goals are progressing nicely!  Lol, I actually have learned many new and interesting things and have gained greater understanding of what it means to be sustainable.  I am trying to take all these new and interesting things that I have learned and share them with my family and friends to help spread awareness and hopefully intrigue people to learn more as well.

What was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation benefit from active listening?

It cools the conversation when they feel as though they have been heard.  They feel important and understood and cared about.  I feel happy because the conversation ended on a positive note and they felt happy because they were heard and understood.

In addition to the perennials i already have planted - i have just added some hyacinth (and it smells so good!!) and some Cat Mint.  Will continue to add 1 or 2 more blooming Native plants for the pollinators and am going to try to add some pollinator housing as well.
