Looking for feedback - With 3 teens, I hate how many plastic orange juice bottles I buy. I am wondering if the cartons are better than bottles for environment/recycling. Is that a better option -? (We don't really like the frozen concentrate variety although that's probably the most eco-friendly, and also considering just cutting back on consumption. ) Appreciate any thoughts/experiences!

How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

I compost the veggie tops etc, and because I use the resulting soil in my veggie garden I don't consider it waste. I also save money and other small energy savings by not buying that soil from the garden center.

Hi all. I was hesitant to join this year as I am feeling overextended, but I decided that even if I just do one or two little things and check in everyday that would be better than nothing.
