REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsWhat was the tastiest sustainable seafood meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?
Kashmin Dalal 4/08/2022 8:05 AMI made myself a lox bagel sandwich with smoked atlantic salmon that I purchased from Aldi. This was on the approved list from Seafood Watch. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityHow have you reduced your purchasing habits and what would you like to do next to reduce your consumption habits?
Kashmin Dalal 4/08/2022 8:02 AMStarted a budget sheet this month. Now being out of school and having a semi-consistent income, I want to draw my attention to where my consumption habits are coming from.-
Deborah Jordan 4/16/2022 5:40 AMI wish we all had to write down every purchase for a month, not just price, but where it comes from, how it's made, and how it will be disposed of (if disposable). That would give me pause.

REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & CommunitiesWhat one thing will you do right away to reduce your waste? What is the second thing you will do?
Kashmin Dalal 4/04/2022 1:31 PMBought a starbucks today and felt bummed immediately after because I could've brought my Yeti cup in had I been thinking ahead. I always carry my Yeti thermos and my water bottle with me so I could've dumped out my old coffee and refilled it with my sbux drink.
