REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & CommunitiesWould you consider using an induction cooking surface? If you have used one before, what do you like about induction cooking?
Lydia Chun 4/11/2022 5:48 PMYes and I highly recommend it. I recently moved to an apartment with an induction stove and it did take a bit to get used to. Compared to my old gas stove, it does seem to take longer to heat up but once it does, it stays hot longer. It is more accurate in controlling temperature and the fact that it's combined in my electricity bill along with my electric water heater, eliminates another utility bill to worry about! My partner (the chef in our household) originally preferred the gas but he has since changed sides. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?
