     Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Practicing it on green areas and with nature give you a better feelings and protect the enviroment.

    Going out and walk and explore new areas, it will help you to get less lazy and reach the 10K steps per day record and at the same time you will knew new zones.

    Walking outside give more you more intensity to explore more and more, this time I check a little green space near my home, a park "Eva Peron Park".
