    What is one invasive species in your region and how does it impact your region's ecosystem?

    English Ivy (Hedera sp.) - unfortunately, this plant is so invasive and widespread that implementing control requirements has been impossible. English Ivy suffocates trees and weakens their bark, and it can increase erosion by displacing native species.
