    It's very difficult for me to get my brain to stop going through the "never-ending list".  But, when I'm able to detach, I almost drift off to a sleep-like state.  It's very refreshing.

    I need the balance to keep my stress level down.  Both mentally and physically, I need to step away from my desk and focus on other things.
