    Research shows that people who eat red meat are at an increased risk of death from heart disease, stroke or diabetes. Processed meats also increase the risk of death from these diseases. So eat less meat you will be more healthy.

    In an equitable food system, all community members are able to grow, procure, barter, trade, sell, dispose and understand the sources of food in a manner that prioritizes culture, equitable access to land, fair and equitable prices and wages, human health, and ecological sustainability.

    Induction cooking is on my wish list. What I like most is that the surface heats only how big the pan is.

    The best methods of safe disposal are segregation and composting.

    What I am doing is to take the bus for short distances and not going with the car.
