    How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

    For eggshells and peels I put them in the earthworm compost bin which produces natural fertilizer for my plants. The tops and stalks are replanted when possible that way I'll have the vegetable again.
