Bryana Brewer 4/11/2022 11:31 AMThe last couple of months, and this month especially we have been consciously planning meals at home with plant-based ingredients and hoping to phase out most of our animal proteins within the year. From not only a health perspective, but for the planet and the animals' well-being, it just seems like the right thing to do. In that same vein, we are also trying to plan meals around ingredients that have far less packaging, so lots of veggies from the produce section, salads, quinoa and other high protein grains and legumes, etc!
