REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsWhat is one invasive species in your region and how does it impact your region's ecosystem?
Josi Bralek 4/29/2022 8:31 AMThe callery "chinese" pear tree!! These trees are all over my community and one is directly above my parking space. They look nice but smell horrid. The trees can cross pollinate and choke out native species from growing. The tree is nearly impossible to get ride of. It can grow back from the roots and a single seed can be stagnate for 11 years before growing into a tree. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat was something important you learned about renter rights and affordable housing?
Josi Bralek 4/29/2022 8:24 AMI learned specifically for Ohio there is not a limit on annual rent increases. I myself have experienced a dramatic rent increase and the lack of protection in this aspect can be very dangerous for the community. -
