    Be aware of the work-life balance and why my health is important: high quality and balanced food, physic activity, and good sleeping time. In my experience, 60 min of riding my bike early in the morning,  gives me a fresh energy and motivation for the rest of the day.

    I put my favorite song (of course < 5min) and that's it, I enjoy the shower and save water :)

    There is a nice mountain next to my neighborhood I was a good experience, I relaxed my mind and breathed clean air, I also found that I can visit this place with my family
