If you are good at sewing - you can look for tutorials to help you customize a jacket for example, or the old jeans- you can sew a modern design on the back pocket; you can also paint your clothes. -

Codruta Bagacian 4/28/2022 8:29 AMThe main barrier may be the balance between family caring and work - without a support she can feel exhausted and not exceeding 100%. Another barrier can be the unconscious bias that a women cannot perform other jobs (for example : welder, bricklayer). -

Codruta Bagacian 4/28/2022 7:54 AMThe negative implications may occur such as difficulty to focus, obesity, sleep problems or in worst cases - depression. To avoid all those we must ensure we have balanced lifestyle , doing outdoor exercises, eating more vegetables and fruits, spending less time in front of screens. -
