Renters have the right to arrange for a walk-through of the premises to identify any problems that should be fixed BEFORE signing a rental agreement. Also, renters can make notes of any questionable conditions and include provisions for repairs in the rental agreement or in a separate written document signed by both parties.

I most like ... "If you DON'T understand, DON'T sign the agreement."

I can plant trees or use a service/shop with a business that plants trees when I shop with them.

Some brands that do this -
    tentree - clothing
    WeWOOD - watches
    Barenaturals - candles

Coming from a Caribbean family we are taught that all food that comes from the ground / on trees / from the bush potentially needs to be washed and prepped before consumption. Living in the US unfortunately I still keep in the back of my mind that I need to be mindful of my food not only because of pesticides but also because of processing and harmful ingredients. Looking at the "pesticides in produce" list is not surprising to me. I've not used the list before but will continue to reference going forward for changes, etc.

I’ve seen the RAINBOW AGAMA several times on our neighbor’s home. It’s a male as it’s colorful. As long as he stays over there all will be well :)

    FACTS
    • May reach 12 inches • Native to Africa
    • Often seen in urban • areas on rocks, walls,
    sidewalks, and trees
    • Out-competes native green anoles
    • Eats insects, flowers and vegetation
    • Males are colorful; females shaded brown

    NEGATIVE IMPACTS
    • Out-competing native wildlife species and preying on native flora & fauna
    • Consuming valuable landscape plants, shrubs, trees and flowers, as well as fruits including
berries, figs, mangoes, tomatoes, bananas, etc.
    • Burrowing under sidewalks, seawalls, and foundations.

Port Saint Lucie has the highest risk apparently for heat and lowest risk for storms.

Visiting this site was pretty interesting in learning about their progress in building climate resiliency
