REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Ulysses Arellano 4/26/2022 10:24 AMMost people that spend time inside and on screens are more likely to have more wellness issues and I often hear they get more headaches. Also looking at a screen for too long strains the eyes. Being outside is a regular thing for me both at work and at home on my days off. Refreshes my mind and body and makes me feel my day is more productive.
