    Maintaining  a work life balance allow me to enjoy my son and do not lose his milestones, Also allows me to complete my degree and work towards my hobbies. Professionally speaking also allow me to focus on my career growth and areas of improvement.

    In Colombia we do have a lot of places with water insecurity, being the most known "la guajira", they do not have a proper "acueducto" or potable water to drink and cook, this has been happening  for years at this point and the government does not seems to care. I personally not affected directly by this, but I empathise with the people and the struggles they suffer
