What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

I practice mindfulness already a good while. It is easy, as you just remember that it is simply being present at any moment and whatever you do. Mindful walking, mindful cooking, mindful dish washing.. Just be present, and you are already actively engaged in living a mindful life

What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

Largely, evidence indicates negative effects of prolonged screen time on health including mental health. Although digital technology provides avenues to connect socially, overindulgence or overuse of digital devices can be harmful in the long term. Promoting healthy digital habits and positive use of digital technology is inexorable to avert the ill effects of excessive screen time.
